I had a great experience with Black Bear Mountain Stone. I built a new home and pool house and had a skirt around it. The finished product looked amazing. Their stone was true to color. We ordered midnight ledge stone and our contractor had no issues. Their customer service and communication is exceptional. Would highly recommend without any reservation.

We are in the final stages of our project, and yes, we have put most of the stone cladding up, but there is still some work to be done. I have to admit that the stone cladding looks absolutely amazing. It is exactly the lighter color that I wanted to contrast with the expresso brown trim. Also, in terms of the composition, the texture and the looks, it is unmatched. You can hardly tell it is man made. It looks very real and natural. I had many neighbors stopping by to tell me how great the stone work looks. In fact, I also had a few random people, who were driving down the street, stop by to ask me about the product and about the crew that was helping to put the product up. I proudly told them about Black Bear Mountain Stone and provided contact information to them.

Congratulations to you and your crew. It shipped when you said it would and that is to be commended. Again, you shipped on time and that is a really big deal. Your crew is to be commended. The stone took three months to get to Panama and my Ford Ranger carried all 3,200 pounds to my new house on the Pacific side of the country, which took eight hours. I have not broken down the boxes but from what I can see the stone is in perfect condition and looks really good. I need to install the cedar ceiling boards and the tile before I can install the stone, which should be at least a couple for months from now. I am looking forward to that process. Thank you for your patience with me in the purchasing process. You were a big help.

I love the look, it was my first dry stack stone project and it turned out beautiful, I did not realize how labor intensive it would be but at the end it was worth it. BEAUTIFUL!
