I was expecting the stones to be set on a strip to visualize on the house. Just got a box of rocks, four stones.

He had our stone ready to ship in a timely manner and with no breakage (which is unusual with most stone companies) the stone is excellent in quality and Black Bear Mountain Stone is a very professional company to deal with. Congratulations to you and your crew. It shipped when you said it would and that is to be commended. Again, you shipped on time and that is a really big deal. Your crew is to be commended. The stone took three months to get to Panama and my Ford Ranger carried all 3,200 pounds to my new house on the Pacific side of the country, which took eight hours. I have not broken down the boxes but from what I can see the stone is in perfect condition and looks really good. I need to install the cedar ceiling boards and the tile before I can install the stone, which should be at least a couple for months from now. I am looking forward to that process. Thank you for your patience with me in the purchasing process. You were a big help.

They are a small family owned business which I love, Carl was very easy to get in contact with, he is very accommodating and we were able to get our stone in a very timely manner. The only thing that may have been better is I would have liked to have some type of recommendations, links to a video, instructions, or even a promotional CD with the shipment. I know every project is different, but the basics and some helpful hints from an expert would be beneficial I think. I am happy I found your company and your product. I received the samples and they looked great! Much heavier than I expected too which was good.

Wish there was no minimum as now I have a lot of leftovers. Also the delivery charges were astronomical, which you end up paying about the same price at a local retail vendor.
