That’s why we’ve simplified things. When you order from us, shipping is already included in the price. How we ship stone veneer
We partner with reliable carriers and logistics companies to ensure your stone gets to you safely, securely, and on time. Here’s what you can expect:
1. LTL (less than truckload) pallet shipping: orders are shipped on a pallet via freight carrier. This allows for stable transportation of heavy stone materials.
2. Curbside delivery: your order will be delivered right to the curb of your home or job site. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground using a liftgate, no forklift required.
3. Tracking included: as soon as your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your location.
Where we ship
We proudly ship to all 48 continental U.S. states. From the West Coast like California, Washington, Oregon, to the Midwest like Illinois, Ohio, Minnesota, and more. We ship down South to Texas, Florida, Georgia, and surrounding states. We ship up North and Northeast to New York, Pennsylvania, New England, etc. Sorry, we don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Shipping timeline
All of our stone veneer is made to order. Manufacturing time is currently 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email with an estimated ready to ship date once your order has been scheduled for production. From there, around 3-5 business days for shipping depending on where the stone needs to ship to, but the estimated shipping time will be confirmed once your order has been picked up by the shipping company.
