Hello! In a nutshell, I am very pleased with my interactions with all the personnel at Black Bear Mountain Stone, and the product itself. You can observe the higher, better quality of this stone-texture and colors, larger-sized pieces and it applied well with the mortar, and it comes with a very good warranty. I utilized it as an exterior application over my exposed concrete block foundation on my home. It made a big difference! I would recommend the use of this product and stone!

There are a number of options available relative to your stone and related product needs. I built a new very large enclosed porch at my KY lake house and desired a very high quality finished stone product that was easy to install and at a reasonable price. As I do with every project I undertake, I spent 10s of hours researching various stone manufacturers and distributors. I settled upon Black Bear Mountain Stone for many reasons. They have a wonderful reputation by both contractors and homeowners, there product is very high quality, easy to apply, and all at a reasonable price, including shipping costs! I enjoyed most the fact that I got to work with the owner of Black Bear Mountain Stone (Carl), which meant a lot to me. We ordered and received a mix of the Tuscany Lime Stone and Field Stone as well as capstones from Black Bear Mountain Stone. The entire process was so awesome, quick responses to questions, help with selecting stones to create the look we wanted, explanation of pricing and shipping options, and progress of the order once it was placed. Just great communication throughout. No issues with the delivery of materials and they delivered when they said they would. We are doing a large renovation and these compliments are not something I can say about all our suppliers. Black Bear Mountain Stone was definitely a gem find. Thanks!

In a time when so many construction materials are hard to come by, Black Bear Mountain Stone was such a great find! I got very fast responses from their sales team on all my questions, and they helped me choose a mix of stones to get a look we are trying to accomplish. We ordered 20 percent field stone with 80 percent lime stone combination. And since I wanted the tuscany blend of colors, they ran a special build of field stone to match. Their communication through the whole process was great and they delivered the material exactly when they said they would. Shipper was awesome as well and the material arrived well packed and looking exactly as we expected. Due to installer lead times on my end, the stone is not up yet, but as soon as it is we will be sure to share a picture or two. In a time when I could not get other larger businesses who supply this type a product to answer questions let alone give me a quote since their lead times were so far out, the experience with Black Bear Mountain Stone was extra fantastic. I would and will recommend them to anyone doing a project using cultured stone!

We are moving more slowly than I would like but we did get some laid and they look really nice.
